⭐️ I have problems with site, what should I do?
Sometimes there is a situation, when site does not work or works not properly. Sometimes there can be problem just with BSC network.
These are steps which can help you to solve that problem.
- 1.Reload site/needed page
- 2.Reload your browser
- 3.Reload your wallet
- 4.Reinstall wallet
- 5.Delete browser cache
There is no 100% chance that this will help, but try to do that a couple more times.
How can I delete cache in my browser?
Google Chrome
- 1.From the “Menu”button in the upper-right side of the browser, press “More Tools” > “Clear browsing data…“.
- 2.Press “CTRL” + “Shift” + “Delete” buttons in Windows or Linux, or “Command” + “Shift” + “Delete” buttons on MacOS.
- 3.Go through “Menu” > “Settings” > “Advanced” > “Clear browsing data…“.
Then you must check these boxes(red ones):

Mozilla Firefox
- 1.Click the menu buttonand select Settings.
- 2.Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- 3.In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data…
- 4.Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
- 5.With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.

Safari Mac OS X
- 1.Select the first item "Safari" in the main menu and from the drop-down the item "Preferences..."
- 2.A popup opens. Press on the tab "Advanced".
- 3.Check the variant "Show Develop menu in menu bar" at the bottom. Now you could see a new menu item in the main menu named "Develop".
- 4.If you click on the menu item "Develop" you can select "Empty Caches" from the submenu items.
